Russell helped Lydia get rid of those beautiful baby curls.
No I didn't cry, but I sure wanted to!
Lydia was so happy to have her hair cut, that I couldn't let on that I was so so sad. She has loved having it short. I am still getting used to it. It will grow back fast...right?

For all it's worth, I think it is cute! But then again, much hair is a rare thing at our house...
Oh my word! I'm proud that you didn't cry. I'm sure you can laugh about it now. She is still adorable without her curls!
She is such a cutie! I like the haircut-- but I know what you mean about cutting your little girl's hair. Dessie hardly has any, but Jacob keeps saying she needs it cut and even though it is a little uneven, I have a hard time making myself trim it.
I almost makes me want to cry! Of course she is beautiful no matter what, and of course it will grow back- but I think you still should put some fear in your boys of doing it again :) !
Your kids seem to be so fond of scissors...maybe you should consider having a scissor-free house!!=)
I keep the scissors locked in the hall closet, but that doesn't stop them. LOL
